Meet Ken

A Unique Upbringing

Ken Savage was born in Colorado and was raised in Florida. He obtained his USCG Masters Captains license while in Florida, which led him to the coasts of North and South Carolina. He later returned to Florida, where he owned and operated his own parasailing business and captained a catamaran charter business. Five years later he sold his successful business on the eve of marrying his long time love and best friend, Kelly. Then as a new mortgage consultant, he discovered his skill and affinity for real estate, but missed the passion he had for working outdoors.

A Unique Area

It wasn't until he and his wife took a trip to the Upstate of South Carolina that fate found the diamond in the rough, the best of both worlds. Ken and his wife instantly fell in love with the Upstate area. They knew it was the place they would want to raise their family, beginning with their daughter, Sophia.

Kens experience on the water has given him profound knowledge of all aspects of lake living.
